Countries Working Together Again

Dr. Zafar Iqbal, Pakistan’s ambassador to Kuwait, said that the relationship between the two countries is entering a new era, one based on more than just tradition and diplomacy. It is also based on technology and new ideas. He told businesses on both sides to work together to come up with ideas that will help the area.

Dr. Khaled Al-Zamel, Chairman of Kuwait’s Communications & Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA), said that Kuwait is committed to helping the sector grow and reaching its Vision 2035 goals for digital transformation.

Dr. Hajar Al-Hadawi, Director-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), also gave a presentation on the AI-REAL Toolkit. This toolkit includes frameworks for using AI, investment roadmaps, and governance suggestions that are meant to encourage innovation in both countries.

Why This tech Conference Is Important

This was more than just a chance to meet people. It changed the way Pakistan and Kuwait get along, and it showed that technology will also shape the future of diplomacy. It gives Pakistan’s IT sector access to GCC markets, investment, knowledge transfer, and regional credibility. Kuwait’s digital goals are moving faster because they are working with Pakistan’s large tech workforce and startup potential.
